Why Water?
Access to safe water remains a fundamental issue for global health and poverty alleviation. Due to the following circumstances, it will be even harder to provide this access for future generations:
Growing Global Population
Water Shortages
Unsustainable Practices
Climate Change
Furthermore, it is also one of the most internally underfunded priorities, especially with respect to underserved communities such as urban slums and rural areas. Although extra-governmental funding sources exist to help alleviate the safe water problem in developing countries, directing these funds towards any building long-lasting solutions has proven difficult (UN, WHO 2014).
Our Approach Is Unique
As a nonprofit founded and lead by an ethnically diverse group of generation Z individuals, we have a unique opportunity to fill gaps in the global fight to improve access to clean water.
Our Mission
Improving the global effort to provide access to clean drinking water
Our Two-Tiered Vision
1. We run sustainable direct-impact projects to meet immediate water needs around the world and build in-depth internal knowledge on water infrastructure development
2. Mobilize the expertise we’ve built to establish both region-specific best practices for water infrastructure development, and a hands-on fellowship training program for student-aged individuals aspiring to be change makers in the field of global water
Direct Impact
Aim: Addressing the immediate need for clean water access through domestic and foreign water infrastructure projects
Clean Water India
Clean Water South America

Indirect Impact
